10 Week Pitching clinic-Sign Up ASAP

**Space is limited; Sign up ASAP**

Our Pitching Clinic is back!

For a fourth off-season, SYSBA will offer a 10 week pitching clinic with seasoned Pitching Instructor Bob Mahoney in Woburn. Clinic dates will run from the week of Jan 8, 2018 to Mid-March 2018. We encourage participants who are serious about learning to pitch to take advantage of this program.

Through our clinic, girls and their parents will learn the fundamentals of form, warm up routines, at home practice drills and more. When working with pitchers, Bob stresses the importance of proper mechanics of the windmill in order to master control and gain speed. He also stresses proper mechanics in order to minimize injuries.

This program is being offered for a cost of $200.00.

The actual fee of a 2 person session runs $45. per participant, per hour but SYSBA is subsidizing over half the cost at $250 per participant.

Participation guidelines:

Levels: Gr. 3-8      ****Seeking New Pitchers in Grades 3 & 4****

Days / Times:  Tuesdays; Other days based on request.

Costs: - $200. non-refundable fee to be pre-paid in early December. No family discounts.

Requirements:  2  pitchers per 1-hour session /  parents are encouraged to attend to learn the pitching techniques and home practice recommendations

All participants must first register for SYSBA’s Spring 2018 season before registering for this program.

(Spring registration fee will not be refunded if girls do not participate in our Spring program.)

Missed sessions will not be refunded although Bob will make every effort to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances or weather related issues.

How to Register:

Email Wendy Porter at info@stonehamsoftball.org with participant name, grade, school, and day of week that works best for you.

Once participants are paired by grade, ability, and day, you will be sent an email link to register and pay in full in December.
